The University of Crete participated for the second time in the 2023 Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings that assess universities against the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The UoC is ranked overall 401-600 out of 1,591 universities from 112 countries and regions, 61 for SDG4 Quality Education, while it has improved its ranking to the most of the SDGs, in spite the increased number of participated Universities. The University of Crete is particularly proud of the efforts of staff and students in their best practice contributions to SDG4 Quality Education, with UoC recognized as being among the top 100 institutions globally.
